Mitchell Mitchell ConquerConquer

Mitchell Conquer is a Canadian entrepreneur and Founder & CEO of KeyPlayers, a company that helps businesses build world-class, AI-enabled remote teams.

Now

Two companies. One operator.

Mitch runs KeyPlayers, which places AI-trained executive assistants and operators inside founder-led businesses. Every hire completes two weeks of AI training before day one.

The company is fully remote, built on the same model it sells.

Known for

Four things he does every day.

01

AI in real teams

Putting AI to work inside a team that already exists. Daily use, not hype.

Adoption · agents · human in the loop
02

Systems and processes

Turning how a business runs into processes a remote operator can pick up on day one.

SOPs · delegation · operating rhythm
03

Marketing

Content-led growth for founder-led teams. A pipeline fed by what the founder publishes.

Content · webinars · pipeline
04

Personal brand

Filming the real work instead of the highlight reel. It earns trust faster than polish.

The story

From a prison block to a portfolio.

Where it started.
Chapter one

The correctional officer

No money, no network, no plan. Watching men lose their freedom left Mitch with one obsession: freedom is the only thing worth building for.

Chapter two

The agency that folded

His first real swing was a marketing agency. He bet everything and lost. It taught him the lesson that still runs his life: inaction is the real risk.

"Failure was just tuition."
Chapter three

Mortgages and the first remote team

He rebuilt in finance, then built a virtual staffing company for mortgage professionals. On a golf course it clicked: he'd win by stacking the right people, systems and technology, not more hours.

Chapter four

KeyPlayers

Drowning across three businesses, Mitch trained his own assistants on AI. They went from a fraction of his workload to most of it. That became KeyPlayers, which has now helped more than a hundred companies build their team the same way.

"Real humans, powered by AI."
Chapter five

ZALE

Hockey never left. With Vancouver Canucks forward Akil Thomas, Mitch built ZALE, a hockey-first clothing line worn by OHL teams.

Now

Building, and filming the build

The hires, the systems, the misses, all on the record.

"Most people get one life. I'm building several."

The thesis

The future of work is not AI replacing people. It is the right people, enhanced by the right AI tools, working inside the right systems.

Off the clock

Golf. Hockey. Good tailoring.

Men's lifestyle, fashion, travel and sport. Golf and hockey most of all, which is how a clothing line ended up in the portfolio.
